WHAT IS MINDFUL PSYCHIATRY?

My practice incorporates elements of mindfulness, nutrition and holistic medicine with pharmacology and psychotherapy for the wellness of the whole body and mind.

I am a holistic psychiatrist practicing within both Eastern and Western medical frameworks. I take a practical and evolutionary approach to physical and mental health. Drawing from neurobiology, complementary and alternative medicine, numerous scientific specialties and a variety of ancient traditions, I provide an integrated mind-body treatment plan that is specifically tailored to each patient.
